"I would really appreciate those samples. I went to the bigfish site and wasn’t sure where to start. Maybe I need something to add fx to my drum sounds. I was thinking of sampling other records, but I want to really find a Jane Alias sound. I’m also thinking of getting a logo for my profile so I can look more professional. Do you know anyone that can do this for cheap? The snow is just soooo expensive. Maybe a used TI then I want to get a sound that gets me to fit in with everyone else- why I want to sample records kicks.

The issue about drums is there any articles I would need to read that could help?
I even proof read it.  I’m not going to post on the forum cause I feel like I’d only be talking with xodus phoenix. For a producer from Producer’s Edge he aught to have better music than that for how arrogant he is. How old is he anyway? What plugins do you suggest I use to beef up my kick drums? Maybe a filter is my answer instead of just using EQ. gotta run."

I would say if you wanted software get the Rob Papen Blue or Predator. You said you want a hardware piece and for the budget I think the TI Snow is it. You said you like the sound clips on their site so I don’t see why you are still on the fence. Ask others on the forum then for a third fourth and fifth opinion. OR hit that store again and spend even more time on the regular TI keyboard.

The kick drum thing is a whole nother animal. I don’t know if you really need the most original kick drum to make a solid tune. I suggested the BFA stuff. The 808 shit is nuts. I can send you some samples if you are really pressed. I’m trying to get Nate to do some old school loops, but I doubt he will. That’s the only way I can get the samples on the DVD without Brian flippin.

I sent Sean Maru an S950 for this issue, he’s doing the Vintage Series. I WAS going to to do the TR808/909, but Sean already had the assignment going and Roland didn’t have one they could lend him. And I didn’t want to put it all out there and ask mofos.
