Reason  4...well you should look on the props site first...but since we're here...

I don't see any mention of version X refills not opening or being seen in 4.

I can only think of two things

1. You have to load from wherever your old stuff was and mark that as a favorites (dragging and dropping) for the new version. The default sounds might be in a  new location and separated from your old libraries- specially if you've been adding on your own sounds.

2. the possibility that Reason won't see a library or set of patches unless that instrument is the active focus, meaning it was the last device clicked. So, you can't open a Redrum Refill while the NNXT is highlighted.  Also I would check to make sure that the folder and its files can be seen by your internal browser outside the program.
